The Quickr Storage Challenge

As users turn to Quickr to manage document creation efforts that would previously have taken place on fi le systems, Quickr starts to experience the same storage bloat problems that already plague file systems: lengthening backup times, an insatiable appetite for more storage, increased administration time, etc.
ZL UA Quickr Archiving eliminates those storage issues, improving performance while saving business records to the centralized ZL Vault. ZL UA Quickr Archiving scans the Quickr file-store for older fi les, which are automatically captured into the archive and optionally replaced with “stubs”, links pointing to the file in the archive, based on user-configured policies. These stubs, only a few KB in size, maintain user access to older files while freeing storage space on Quickr servers.
ZL will capture all fi les, indexing over 1000 different fi le types and making them searchable by user, by department, and across the organization.
